As a Retail Meat Cutter, your main duties will involve cutting, trimming, and preparing meats based on customer orders. You will also engage in packaging, weighing, and selling various meat products. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean meats to prepare for cutting

• Prepare and trim standard meat cuts

• Weigh meats and sell directly to customers

• Grind meats and cut poultry as needed

• Create attractive displays of meat products

Requirements:

• No formal education necessary; training provided

• Enthusiasm for learning and improving skills

• Focusing on quality customer service

• Must be available for 40 hours per week

• Supportive of youth mentorship initiatives
