Position Summary

• Properly follow Refund Automation procedures according to company guidelines.
• Properly complete all defective slips.
• Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions.
• Maintain sales tax exempt records.
• Ensure all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing.
• Verify returned merchandise against refund slips prior to returning it to the sales floor.
• Ensure all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
• Minimum rate of pay: $17.75 per hour.

• Age – 16 or older.
