C' Store Manager - Red Lake

Overview

In this LCBO store leadership role reporting to the District Manager, you will build a robust store team and create remarkable customer experiences as the trusted destination for the world’s wines, beers and spirits. You will oversee all store operations, promoting responsible retailing.

• Lead a team in all aspects of store retail operations, including customer service, inventory management, financial management, merchandising, and retail sales.
• Create and maintain a customer‑first team mentality and deliver exceptional in‑store experiences.
• Oversee functional areas such as social responsibility issues, facilities management, resource protection, health & safety, WSIB, workplace accommodation, environmental issues and workplace diversity.
• Encourage community engagement and support local initiatives.
• Analyze operational performance, set targets and apply business acumen to improve store results.
• Provide coaching, feedback and mentoring to staff.

• 3+ years of progressive retail experience, preferably in Assistant/Store Manager roles.
• Strong customer‑centric attitude and experience developing team culture.
• Proficiency in inventory, financial, merchandising and sales management.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• College diploma, certificate or university degree in business or retail management is a bonus.

Salary: $39.49 – $42.43 per hour.

Work hours:

40 per week.
