Be a key leader at Giant Tiger! As a full-time Store Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, ensuring outstanding customer service and merchandising excellence.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, training associates and driving department success. Collaborating with the store owner, you will ensure compliance with health, safety policies, loss prevention practices, and community engagement. With your leadership skills, you will contribute to scheduling and inventory management to enhance store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer service in assigned departments

• Supervise daily operations and lead team members

• Train staff on policies, procedures, and inventory management

• Manage ordering, replenishment, and cycle counts

• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of retail management experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability as a team leader and motivator

• Planning and organizational skills

• Capable of handling physical demands of the job
