This role requires previous retail experience and the ability to mentor your team. You will oversee store operations, maintain cleanliness, and ensure product availability, all while driving performance and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to meet performance goals

• Provide mentorship and coaching for team members

• Manage store operations in the absence of management

Requirements:

• 6+ months of retail experience

• Minimum 6 months of mentoring or coaching experience

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
