Position: NORPRO Security Industrial Guard Role
Location: Red Lake

Be a part of NORPRO Security's mission by working as an Industrial Security Guard. Protect personnel and facilities while ensuring safety in a full-time, permanent position.

Located at the West Red Lake Gold Mine in Madsen, this role needs proactive individuals who can manage security in a fast-paced industrial environment. Shifts are rotational, requiring a commitment of 14 days on-site followed by 14 days off. Applicants must have a valid Security License, Class G Driver's License, and a First Aid CPR Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect personnel and assets through constant vigilance

• Carry out routine patrols to maintain security

• Assist in emergencies promptly and efficiently

• Document incidents and submit reports to management

• Adhere to procedures for safety and fire prevention

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Security License and First Aid certification

• Excellent English communication skills essential

• Strong computer skills for report writing

• Preferably have a High School Diploma

• Previous experience in industrial security is advantageous
