Location: Sioux Lookout
Take on an essential role as a Security Officer, responsible for ensuring safety and security within a healthcare environment. Provide emergency response services while maintaining a welcoming reception area.
The ideal candidate will secure a healthcare facility, requiring a valid Ontario Security Guard license and a minimum of Grade 12 education. Previous experience in security, especially within healthcare, is advantageous. Certifications in CPR and First Aid, along with a clean driver’s abstract, are necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee security and surveillance operations
• Respond to emergencies promptly
• Complete required training and maintain certifications
• Be available for all assigned shifts including nights
• Exercise confidentiality in all interactions
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard license is required
• Required minimum Grade 12 education
• Preferred 2 years experience in security
• Must hold CPR and First Aid certifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history required
Provide a safe and secure environment for all personnel in a healthcare context.
