As Site Access Lead, you will facilitate secure and compliant access for employees, contractors, and visitors at the Great Bear mining site. Your expertise will ensure that all personnel meet safety and training requirements before access approval, enhancing operational effectiveness. This key role involves coordinating onboarding and access tracking while maintaining vital communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate site access requirements to all personnel

• Verify completion of training and documentation for access

• Maintain accurate access records and reports

• Coordinate with Security for entrance approvals

• Monitor outstanding access requirements and compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in camp administration or logistics

• Preferred post-secondary diploma in a business field

• Experience in the mining sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong time management and organizational skills
