Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard SLFNHA properties, responding to onsite incidents

• Perform regular safety inspections throughout the facility

• Record incidents and maintain the SOIR documentation

• Facilitate CCTV operations to monitor premises

• Provide respectful assistance to clients needing support

Requirements:

• Strong preference for candidates of First Nations heritage

• Background in security or customer service a plus

• Excellent communication skills for sensitive interactions

• Must work flexible hours and handle physical tasks

• Recognition of Non-Violent Crisis Intervention an asset
