Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to assigned staff

• Monitor and manage program budgets effectively

• Ensure program adherence to legislative guidelines

• Coordinate public consultations for program improvement

• Maintain thorough documentation of all program activities

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or five years' relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree minimum qualification required

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and access to a vehicle

• Completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check needed

• Ability to work flexible hours when required
