As a critical member of the justice services team, you will work with probation and parole officers to deliver trauma-informed and culturally sensitive case management. Your expertise will help clients navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system while facilitating their healing and reintegration into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement trauma-informed case management approaches

• Connect clients to necessary rehabilitation and community resources

• Facilitate participation in culturally relevant programs

• Provide community orientation to justice personnel

• Assist in court-related preparations and discharge planning

Requirements:

• Educational background in Law, Psychology, or related fields

• Understanding of Aboriginal traditions and colonial impacts

• Proven experience in counseling and interventions

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
