Position: Full Time Driver for SLFNHA
Location: Sioux Lookout

Join Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority as a full-time Driver, providing crucial transportation services to First Nations medical clients. Participate in transportation duties while ensuring the highest safety standards.

The Driver will support transportation operations, ensuring that clients safely reach their medical appointments. This position emphasizes maintaining vehicles, documenting daily activities, and abiding by all traffic laws. Reporting to the Manager—Transportation, you’ll interact courteously with clients and facilitate a smooth transportation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport medical clients according to schedule

• Perform daily routine maintenance and checks on vehicles

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

• Engage in respectful communication with clients

• Keep accurate records of transportation logs and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of driving experience with G-class license

• Effective communication skills for client interaction

• Customer service background in transportation

• Willingness to undergo further driving training

• Preference for First Nations ancestry candidates
