The successful candidate will demonstrate winter maintenance experience and supervisory capabilities. As a Working Road Foreperson, you will monitor staff performance and assist in highway surface maintenance, including emergency responses and traffic management. Your leadership will facilitate safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out highway maintenance assignments from patrol centers

• Supervise multiple yards and mentor employees

• Engage in traffic control and emergency response efforts

• Maintain surfaces and drainage effectively

• Address operational and mechanical issues proactively

Requirements:

• Valid DZ license with clear driving record

• Background in provincial or municipal highway maintenance

• Excellent interpersonal skills with public engagement

• Capability to work varied shifts and travel

• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards
