We are seeking a detail‑oriented, organized professional to support our accounting department and serve as a direct interface with clients, aircraft owners, and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Primary Responsibilities- Invoicing:
Create, review and distribute invoices, account statements, monthly aircraft owner’s statements and other financial reports as needed. - Accounting Reconciliation:
Review aircraft activity folders, flight logs and expense reports to ensure accurate and prompt invoicing to clients. - Account Management:
Maintain and update aircraft fleet subscriptions and maintenance service plans to ensure compliance and proper billing. Maintain accuracy of customer account information while exercising the highest level of confidentiality. - Support:
Work closely with and support multiple departments within the organization with accounting and administrative oversight. - Payroll and HR Support:
Assist with payroll and additional human resources support. - Training:
Learn job responsibilities and train new employees on proper procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- 2–5 years of applicable work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including pilots, maintenance technicians, and regulatory authorities.
- Ability to learn multiple accounting software platforms, primarily Quick Books.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy in record‑keeping and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible mindset with ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.
- Experience with processing expense reports, billing, invoices, payments and payroll.
Starting at $45,000.00 per year and will increase based on experience.
