The Position
:

• We’re looking for an Accounting Specialist. The pay range we’re offering is based on experience.

• We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Accounting experience and knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quick Books; basic understanding of Mac OS systems preferred
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Maintain company asset files, 1099s, capital budget expenditures, etc.
• File and pay monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and corporate taxes
• Work with all departments and accountants to maintain accurate files
• Determine customer credit worthiness
• AP, AR, and reconciliation for our other owned smaller companies
