What does a Client Services Associate do?The Client Services Associate is responsible for assisting with duties such as order processing, item/inventory maintenance, troubleshooting/issue resolution, and managing emails from internal and external customers. This position reports to a Manager/Supervisor.

Who are you?- Serve as the daily internal contact for order management and inquiries.
- Assist with special projects as necessary.
- Manage incoming emails from various internal sources.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external team members about program status and requirements.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Client Services, Production, Finance, and Operations staff.
- Facilitate accurate inventory management, including item setup validation, POs, and communication with the warehouse.
- Follow through on exception reporting, generate reports, code items, and problem-solve to eliminate exceptions.
- Prioritize orders and projects, including expediting emergency requests.
- Maintain and distribute reports to meet daily requirements.

The Skills and Experience you have:- High school diploma/GED.
- 1-2 years of customer service, reporting, or purchase order experience.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
- Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with AS400 or similar database systems preferred.
