As a Preschool Teacher, you'll work hand‑in‑hand with our Site Director to create joyful experiences and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to help little learners grow with confidence and curiosity.
What You’ll Do- Foster a safe, nurturing space where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged
- Assist with daily routines and individual care in a patient and respectful manner
- Help plan and lead fun, age‑appropriate activities that spark creativity and learning
- Support diapering, toilet training, and restroom routines with kindness and professionalism
- Assist in preparing and serving snacks and meals
- Supervise and engage with children during special events and field trips
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development
- Be part of a team that values play, discovery, and heart‑centered teaching
- Make a meaningful difference every day in the lives of children and families
- Grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment

- 21 yrs or older
- Ability to provide proof of current CPR and First Aid Certification within 3 months of hire
- 1‑3 years’ experience working with children
- Willingness to learn state licensing childcare regulations and procedures for Group Day Care Centers
- Registry Level 7 or Higher
- Ability to work cooperatively with youth, parents, staff, and community organizations
- Joy and satisfaction in working with children
- Ability to work independently
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
- Background check cannot contain offenses restricted by state law
