Professional Services Group & Community Impact Programs (PSG/CIP) is hiring an Elementary School Liaison. If you are passionate about helping at‑risk youth and families achieve their greatest potential and making a real difference in your community, this is the role for you.
Job SummaryThe Youth Outreach program employs Liaisons at elementary, middle, and high schools throughout Kenosha County to support youth who are at risk for academic failure, dropout, truancy, and/or delinquency. As the Elementary School Liaison, you will work with children and families to reduce truancy and promote educational success by assisting parents in engaging in their child's education. You will collaborate with families to create individualized strategies and support services.
Key Responsibilities- Create, implement, and review individual client treatment plans.
- Monitor client behavior and school achievement by conducting in‑school checks on a daily basis.
- Organize structured group, individual/family education or treatment, and recreational activities.
- Update parents/guardians on client progress and provide problem‑solving interactions.
- Provide supervision and support to youth placed in the Summer Youth Employment Program.
Kenosha, WI. Local travel is required to meet with clients and families within KUSD school buildings, family homes, or other community spaces. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
ScheduleMonday–Friday with occasional evenings. Full time (40 hours) during the school year (September–early June) and part time during summer months.

$21.00 per hour
Requirements- Must have reliable transportation on a daily basis, a valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field required.
