Sales Application Engineer

• Prepare detailed technical quotations (sizing, fixtures, tooling, product specifications, engineering requirements) and formal sales proposals.
• Review customer technical specifications to assess product suitability for specific applications.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, performance gaps, and product improvement opportunities.
• Communicate order details to internal design teams once customer orders are placed.
• Work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with production, engineering, and corporate staff as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure all work meets ISO and internal quality requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Working knowledge of heat transfer principles and radiator construction/repair.
• Understanding of engine systems and how they interact operationally.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong customer communication skills (in‑person, phone, and email).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with technical product sales practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• Up to three years of experience in technical sales with engineered products (heat transfer experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and passport for occasional travel.
