Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist (Registered Behavior Technician – RBT) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans in an in‑home setting developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote positive behavior change and skill development.
Responsibilities- Conduct one‑on‑one ABA therapy sessions with clients based on individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and accurately record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with families and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to get a Registered Behavior Technician certification within 30 days of hire
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or other locations as needed.
