Full Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Sign on Bonus!
Location:
Racine, WI
Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
Sign on bonus available for early applicants.
Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic SNF team. In this role you will evaluate and treat patients following individualized plans of care.
Responsibilities- Providing excellent care for our patients
- Providing excellent customer service to patients and family members
- Collaborating with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients
- Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goals
- Treating patients, answering their concerns, and educating them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
- Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
- Completing timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re‑evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
- Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
