The Coordinated Services Team (CST) Care Coordinator will have a comprehensive knowledge of the human service system; have knowledge of how to access area resources; be skilled in written and oral communication; and be able to successfully facilitate groups and work well with a divergent group of people. The CST Coordinator will provide case management and crisis services to youth and their families experiencing mental health services.
Duties may include non-standard work weeks.
Receives supervision from the Crisis Supervisor assigned to Ongoing Crisis.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, human services, psychology, or related degree required.
- A minimum of one year of experience providing mental health or crisis services preferred.
- Experience working with youth with mental health issues preferred.
- Prompt and regular attendance.
- Successful completion (within three months after beginning position) Crisis Program training which is provided as part of on-the-job training.
- Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and automobile insurance are required.

- Bachelor's Degree: $27.06/hr.
- $37.88/hr. - Master's Degree (No license/Training license): $62,774/yr.
- $85,488/yr. - Master's Degree with full license: $67,538/yr.
- $90,043/yr.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Knowledge of DHS 34, 92 and 94 and Wisconsin State Statutes 46, 48, 51 and 55.
- Ability to respond to crises and make appropriate assessments as to resolution.
- Ability to work well with treatment team and community members.
- Ability to work independently and multitask.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Interact with the public in a professional manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Maintain effective working relationships with a diverse client population.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and walk up and down stairs.
