Looking for a part-time caregiver for evenings. 7pm - 9pm Monday thru Friday and every other weekend. CBRF certification and/or current CNA status. Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients in daily activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to the healthcare team.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation of client care and progress.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities as required.
- Ensure a safe living environment by identifying potential hazards and implementing safety measures.
