The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to implement standards of care for home health and hospice patients in Racine & Kenosha Counties. You will develop plans of care, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and other health professionals.
Applicants should hold a Wisconsin OT license (ACOTE-accredited program) and NBCOT eligibility; two years of OT experience preferred. A flexible schedule and sign-on bonus up to $5,000 are available.
