What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and Inspire: You’ll be the driving force behind HR strategies that elevate recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, and team effectiveness across key distribution hubs in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Mexico.
  • Be Future-Focused: Collaborate with top management to identify critical future openings and craft innovative strategies to attract and retain the industry’s top talent.
  • Mentor and Build: You won’t just manage a team—you’ll mentor and develop the next generation of HR professionals, ensuring the long‑term success and growth of the organization.
  • Collaborative Partner: Partner closely with the Corporate HR team to deliver HR processes and programs that are aligned with the company’s ambitious goals and objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and staffing for roles in logistics, distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, trucking, or retail.
    10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • A willingness to travel 5% annually to various distribution locations and attend job fairs.
