Midway Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor (Recruiting) to lead recruiting and HR at our Kenosha client site. The role is 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite in Kenosha, WI.
You will screen, onboard, and support employees in English and Spanish, ensuring day-one readiness and compliance. Work with recruiters and leadership to meet staffing goals while providing frontline HR support. Weekly pay and a permanent full-time position are offered.
