Senior In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic

This role is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation. Epic seeks exceptional attorneys to support ongoing growth, manage complex litigation, counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare, and other areas of risk, and represent the company in high‑stakes proceedings. The position evolves with responsibility tied to experience and industry knowledge.

• Manage and win multi‑million dollar disputes; provide proactive counseling to minimize risk.
• Provide counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other potential risk areas.
• Represent Epic in litigation, depositions, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and trials.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytical skills.
