NOW HIRING Mechanics for 2nd and 3rd shifts in our state‑of‑the‑art Kenosha, WI plant!

$2,000 Hiring Bonus

2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Sunday night start, Friday morning end)

4‑day on / 4‑day off continuous shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Starting pay $29.00 per hour. Additional $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift and $1.00 shift differential for 3rd shift.

• Troubleshooting equipment and tooling.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Repairing or replacing worn parts.

• Assist with installation and launch of our newest industrial can‑making machinery.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems.
• Use precision measuring tools with close tolerances up to .00010.
• Collaborate with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Can‑do, will‑do attitude.
• Experience working with machinery, fixing cars, or farm equipment.
