Key Responsibilities:- Dismantle, inspect, and repair rotating assemblies and complex mechanical systems.
- Perform machine disassembly, inspections, report creation, and reassembly of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, generators, and other rotating machinery.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment for loading, unloading, and assembly.
- Conduct safety checks and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspace.
- Perform maintenance and quality control inspections in compliance with company standards.
- Support installation and commissioning of equipment on‑site when needed.
- Handle physical and mechanical tasks including lifting, moving, and building materials.
- Provide and use personal hand tools in daily tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
- Proven experience in repairing and maintaining large industrial motors, pumps, and generators.
- Hands‑on background with high‑speed rotating equipment.
- Exposure to truck or auto repair and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, taps, and presses.
- Ability to read inspection criteria and follow technical repair processes.
- Skilled in operating material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes).
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing is a plus.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work and lifting heavy equipment.
- Must provide their own hand tools for use on the job.
- Willingness to undergo pre‑employment background checks and drug screening.
