Ocean Spray is hiring Production Operators at the Kenosha Bottling Plant, a 400,000 square foot facility that mixes and batches concentrates to make Cranberry Sauce and Cranberry Juice products. The position is a 12-hour rotating shift, 6am-6pm with every other weekend off. Starting pay is $22.97 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to $28.48 per hour while training for higher paying positions.
Positions are year‑round, indoors, with three 30‑minute paid breaks.

Production operators may be scheduled to work at any location in the plant based on qualifications and staffing needs. Typical responsibilities include:
- General housekeeping
- Support to line operators
- Assisting in the BDR
- Lab testing of products
- Batching
- Unloading sugar trucks
- Assisting in the bulk line
- Working in the refinement area
- Stacking product
- Assisting in rework and repack operations
Operators must be flexible and able to adapt to schedule changes as manufacturing needs evolve.
Qualifications- Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment, 12‑hour shifts, every other weekend, and possibly some holidays
- Must be flexible to work day or night shifts
- Ability to work overtime for vacation coverage and training
- Must maintain excellent attendance reliability
- Perform cleaning in place (CIP) in all required areas
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, processes, and procedures
- Ensure proper operation of equipment (fill temperature, weights, torques, etc.)
- No deviation from required documentation and ensure information is timely, accurate, and complete
- Communicate with all operators on the same shift and between shifts to ensure continuous line productivity and effective operations
- Ability to become forklift certified
- Ability to lift up to 48 lbs on occasion
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, bend, stretch, reach, squat, crawl under conveyors, use ladders, with vision and hearing, often for long periods
- Ability to wear and use fall and other protective equipment (safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes, hearing protection, hairnets, rubber shoes, aprons or coveralls, smocks, gloves, face shields)
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Ability to apply understanding to stoppages of the production lines
