You will read blueprints and work orders to determine process settings and production sequences, verify outputs, and document data in the ERP system.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of silicone molding experience, good measurement skills with calipers and micrometers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ISO/FDA environment
