Position: Multi‑Axis CNC Setup Technician (Mills & Lathes)

We’re growing and adding CNC Operators and Setup Technicians on 1st and 2nd shift. If you know your way around mills, lathes, or both, read on.

Is this you?

Comfortable running 3–4 axis VMCs and/or 2–4 axis lathes—maybe even 5+ axis turning

Adjust offsets quickly and correctly

Swap tools/inserts without breaking rhythm

Read blueprints and hold tolerances

Verify dimensions with calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges

Setup experience preferred (but not required for every role)
What you’ll do Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to meet quality and throughput goals

Perform offsets, tool changes, and insert changes during production

Assist with or perform setups depending on your role Complete in-process inspection and document results

Collaborate with your team to learn new machines and processes
