• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll be a key contributor to the patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders.
• Support individualized care plans, administer treatments, and ensure a safe and healing environment for every patient.
• Integrate company values into daily practice and uphold the highest standards of care.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide responsive, high-quality care.

• Caseload: ~7 patients
• Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days
• Conditions:
  
  Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
• Team Approach:
  Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more
• Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
• Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

• LPN License (State of Wisconsin)
• CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
• 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

• A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time
• Both gross and precise motor functions
• Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids
• Visual and auditory requirements for patient assessment and documentation
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard
