Negotiable based on commitment, availability, and experience Palm Health Resources is actively seeking a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an ongoing outpatient-only opportunity in southeastern Wisconsin , within a reputable health system. This independent practice model offers weekday-only coverage with no call, no weekends, and no holidays , ideal for CRNAs seeking flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. Clinical Environment:
Setting:
Outpatient surgical care; no inpatient or admissions required Practice Model:
Independent CRNA practice with physician support available (not direct supervision)

Shifts:

10-hour days, 3-4 days/week Cases:
General Surgery ENT Ortho GI GYN Regional blocks No OB, peds, trauma, or cardiac Support:
Collaborative surgical and anesthesia teams;
Epic EMR Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days (temporary privileges not available) Licensure:
