• Provide essential patient care and assist the medical team with hands‑on care.
• Support the clinic’s workflow by anticipating veterinarian and technician needs.
• Create a positive client experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment through clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A calm, efficient approach capable of handling a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills (laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a strong asset.
