We are seeking a strong Senior Quality Manager with proven experience and a track record of success in driving quality excellence within manufacturing environments. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of quality systems, team development, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:- Lead the implementation, oversight, and improvement of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and all departments on quality‑related matters.
- Oversee supplier quality, product traceability, process control, and corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct and lead internal audits, management reviews, and support third‑party ISO certification.
- Drive problem‑solving and root cause analysis to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
- Supervise and develop the Quality team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Champion Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other quality methodologies.
- Proven track record in leading audits, corrective actions, and quality planning.
- Ability to lead teams, influence cross‑functional groups, and communicate effectively.
- Experience with statistical analysis, SPC, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or a related field (experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) and/or MBA a plus.
