Responsible for serving quality food and beverages to our guests in a friendly and helpful manner in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

• Brew Barista coffee and flavor‑of‑the‑day coffee.
• Make specialty drinks to order following all Parkhurst recipes.
• Price and stock all grab‑and‑go items.
• Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
• Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Use Barista signage and other approved materials in the merchandise area.
• Follow the cleaning schedule using “clean as you go” techniques.
• Maintain open communication with management about products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow team members whenever possible.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Physical demands:
  Standing and/or walking 50% of the time, occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs., frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily.
