Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. This full‑time role will involve monitoring security systems, documenting incidents, responding to threats, conducting patrols, controlling access, and collaborating with law enforcement. The position is based at the Kenosha, WI location.

• Hiring Bonus – $300
  :
  • $100 after 45 days
  • $200 after 90 days
• Security License Bonus – $100 (applicable to applicants with an active security license):
  • $50 after 30 days
  • $50 after 60 days

Bonuses apply to candidates hired between now and January 31st and are paid based on continued employment in good standing. Licensing bonus applies to roles requiring a security license.

• Full‑time, Tuesday through Saturday, 1st shift (6 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
• Full‑time, Thursday through Monday, 2nd shift (2 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
• Full‑time, Tuesday through Friday, 2nd shift (2 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
• Full‑time, Thursday through Monday, 3rd shift (10 p.m. – 6 a.m.)
• Full‑time, Sunday through Thursday, 3rd shift (10 p.m. – 6 a.m.)
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.54 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• State license if required.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
