• Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to customer HVAC concerns.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the services provided and maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and company vehicle.
• Follow company policies and safety protocols to ensure high-quality, safe service.

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
• EPA certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bonus

  Experience with ductwork, system installations, or other specialties is a plus.
