ResponsibilitiesAs a Quality Control Technician, you’ll be the quality eyes on our construction projects – testing materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards. You’ll work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need!)
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- A strong work ethic
