- Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities
- Complete preventive maintenance work orders and respond to urgent repair requests using CMMS systems
- Perform facility inspections and assessments, documenting conditions and escalating issues to management
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and building components
- Manage administrative tasks including work order updates and attendance at safety meetings
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in building engineering with strong HVAC/R background
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Universal CFC recovery certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment)
- Physical ability to lift 80 lbs and work from heights up to 30 feet
- Third-party technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or related trades
- Two years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with CMMS systems and computerized maintenance management
- Previous experience in retail or commercial facility maintenance environments
