Forklift Operator I
Location:
Kenosha, WI
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM
Pay: $21 per hour ($20 base pay + $1 shift differential)
Your Role on the Team- Warehouse Operations:
Safely and efficiently move, stack, and stage products using a forklift and other powered equipment. You'll also prepare and pack products for outbound shipment and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy. - Inventory and Systems:
Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld RF scanners to process shipments, maintain precise inventory records, and ensure our data is always accurate. - Safety and Compliance:
Champion a culture of safety by completing all required training, following all safety protocols (including 5S practices), and properly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will also safely handle materials and perform routine pre-use inspections to maintain your equipment.

- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse setting or similar environment
- Proficiency in operating industrial forklifts and other warehouse equipment (e.g., stand-up reach, sit-down, order picker, pallet jack)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- High school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
- Experience with RF (radio frequency) scanning equipment
- A current certification in operating various types of forklifts
