• Has a minimum of two years of clinical experience as a dentist
• Provides high-quality, patient-centered care
• Communicates confidently and builds strong patient relationships
• Is dependable, ethical, and committed to clinical excellence
• Works collaboratively with the entire dental team
• Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced practice
• Is motivated to learn, grow, and contribute over the long term
• Is licensed and in good standing to practice dentistry in British Columbia
