This role focuses on mechanical systems development across diverse defense projects. You will collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure high-quality designs that withstand challenging conditions. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete product design life cycle processes

• Review and verify mechanical requirements with Senior Engineers

• Develop mechanical designs and drawings for rugged systems

• Collaborate with teams to enhance project workflow and efficiency

• Mentor junior designers and facilitate continuous improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical design

• Proficiency in environmental testing and analysis tools

• Knowledge of military engineering standards is a plus

• Familiarity with AI/ML models is an advantage
