Enhance Kensington’s security framework as the Lead Cybersecurity Director. Develop strategies and compliance initiatives in a comprehensive Microsoft security environment.
This leadership role focuses on building a center of excellence for cybersecurity will oversee the security roadmap, ensuring alignment with compliance mandates such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and PIPEDA. With a focus on continuous learning and threat monitoring, your expertise will guide our organization as it navigates an evolving risk landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the entire enterprise security roadmap
• Supervise the Microsoft security stack and configurations
• Engage with vendors and external security experts
• Drive compliance initiatives and manage audit cycles
• Maintain effective incident response and vulnerability programs
Requirements:
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, with leadership experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft security tools and platforms
• Experience with compliance and audit procedures
• Proven ability to manage security partnerships
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences
