Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and manage narcotic control

• Conduct assessments for resident admissions and discharges

• Develop and update resident care plans collaboratively

• Communicate care changes to residents and families

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training

Requirements:

• Current licensure with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of one year experience in long-term care

• Current Medication Certificate per Ontario standards

• Ability in another language considered an asset

• Certification in Gerontology is preferred
