You will focus on WSIB and CPP-D funded programs, offering assessments, planning, and follow-up services tailored to individual needs. Your background in employment support services will be essential in helping clients successfully integrate into the workforce. Key Responsibilities:
• Accept and analyze referrals and client documentation
• Provide vocational rehabilitation and job preparation services
• Conduct labour market research to identify opportunities
• Document rehabilitation plans and client progress
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
• Three years of experience in employment services
• Minimum 2-year diploma or 4-year degree in relevant field
• Strong knowledge of labour market trends
• Bilingual in English and French valued
• Access to a vehicle mandatory
