To assist in the business and financial operations of a program or service. Reports to Designated Supervisor.

• Monitor accounts and reconcile income and expenses.
• Prepare and update financial reports.
• Document, route, file, and record financial transactions.
• Assess needs and recommend items for purchase.
• May assist in overseeing assigned support operation.
• May initiate actions on delinquent accounts.
• Provide functional guidance of administrative/professional employees and/or direct supervision of support staff on an ongoing basis.
• May provide ongoing facilitation of consecutive projects.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field; three months relevant experience. Or the equivalent combination of accounting coursework and accounting, banking and/or bookkeeping experience to equal at least five years.

Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent must be able to communicate with others. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
