REPORTS TO: Portage Area Recovery Center Program Manager

SCHEDULE: (Determined on a case by case basis)

Providing substance abuse related case management to clients in PARC. Responsible for overseeing residents, maintaining a therapeutic drug free environment following rules and regulations of F&CS and Ohio MHAS, and COA standards, crisis intervention, and consultation/reporting with/to supervisor(s).

• Provide crisis intervention/de-escalation and when needed consulting with supervisor.
• Establish trusting relationship with clients while modeling awareness and behavior needed for growth and development of clients; displaying knowledge of the therapeutic importance of maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Monitor clients use of services/treatment, and impact on independence.
• Provide individual and group treatment to clients.
• Administer drug screens as assigned.
• Maintain client records in accordance with the State of Ohio regulations and F&CS policy/procedure.
• Participates in team planning, case reviews, and program goal achievement.
• Attend agency and training meetings as requested.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
• Comply with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/certification/registry requirements.

Compensation details: 21-23 Hourly Wage
