We are hiring Caregivers/HHA/PCAs to work one‑on‑one with our in‑home patients in Kent, OH and the surrounding area.

The Person al Care Services Aide provides support with personal hygiene and household functions for patients to remain in their own homes.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, dental care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patient from bed to chair or wheelchair.
• Assist with household tasks essential to clients’ personal care.
• Report observations of the client’s condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required.

• Preferred: six months experience in home care.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.

• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

• Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet patients’ needs.
• Work effectively in any home situation regardless of patient demographics.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
